Lesson learned from life in the the hard way

There are some lessons to be learned the hard way and never ever be forgotten in life.
Never let anyone take advantage of you or treat badly.We respect ourselves and who the bloody hell is others to make fun of you or take advantage of your weakness.
Being soft doesn't mean that one is weak and cannot be hard or couldn't hit back with the same or more force applied on you.It only means being good.
Learning the lesson to keep a person on its boundary and not allowing to cross it is very important.It will be, most of the times, taking the hard way.
A teammate is the one you lose or win a game with and a friend is the one you cry to when you have played poorly.
In this world everyone acts like a friend(most) and our success is finding those good friends(gems of your life),never loose it,(you cant because they will never let you go).
A friend is there because you love them and you want them to be there. Although you may love your teammate and want him or her to be around, ultimately he or she is there because you both share a love for the same sport.
While it is unlikely that you can yell at friend and have all be forgotten five minutes later, you can scream at a teammate on the field and give each other a hug the second you step off the field.
A friend may never see you throw up from running too hard, but a teammate may never see you act silly at the dinner table

I have realized that both friends and teammates are equally needed, but play extremely different roles in the life.
Never let anyone be your priority or We must not allow other people's limited perceptions to define us.

The bottom line  is that the things in my life are there because they have meaning for me. They serve a valuable purpose — to me ,Nobody else…The challenges of just living my life have demanded my full attention. And the fact that I’m here — humble possessions or not — is as much of an affirmation as I could ask for
And I am not going to let you take advantage of me anymore.!!!

DUDe stories The INTRO

Hi Everyone,...I am Back.
This time I have got a good news,no more talks on the general issues.I am gonna write and store the REAL TIME Life experience of my friend,THE DUDE.

The Guy "DUDE" is very much popular among our self.An absolute Spell on others.None can hate him,he is one of a kind.The things which I am presenting before you in different parts are absolute truth(91.6 pure) and is not intended to harm anyone or bring bad to anyone.

Ok lets start with the college,before that I dont know him ,so Our story stats from college.

Hey You Know Our DUDE is an NRE admission to the college.
Some has said that India's future hero's comes from the back benches of the schools/Colleges,there was a huge fight for the back benches. DUDE was no1 in the seats(back Bench).

INTRODUCTORY STORY=>DANIEL DISOUZA

SCENE 1: Computer Science class(C++)

Our new lecturer(male) enters the class,
Everyone in a sleepy mood.(DUDE already slept).


Lecturere tries to give an impression like he is something big,he completed his BE,so he tries asking some questions on C++.(dumbo)
he is firing questions at one side,dude snoring at another side.

LEcturer found out DUDE and asked him The question:WHO is the founder of C++????

Dude's friend shakes him up and DUDE came to know that "Sir" is asking question to him.
He didn't waste time by hearing the question he asked his friend the answer to the question wiping the saliva from his mouth due to heavy sleep.
Her our friend told him the answer and the DUDE with all his energy shouted out the answer which was supposed to be the founder of C++.
The Class room was shocked first.Sir asked him to repeat he repeated in a proud manner "DANIEL DESOUZA"
The next was a bomb blasting laugher in the class and another bombarding sound GET OUTSIDEEe.meet the principallllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.

Few days back I realized the full meaning of the sentence "Helping hands better than praying lips".

As humans and emotional ones,we hear these words,we read these words and will feel ashamed what we have done from our part and later we let it go..

And i am not ashamed that it took me these many years to realize this because There is no way I am gonna turn back!!!!!!!!!!

Its my point of view I ma writing here..We live in this beautiful world,we have some responsibilities.
Its all in you,People say GOD is with in you.Just to need to figure it out.Its kindness love & help to the needed.

HAve you ever seen a child(human) eating from the waste basket or form the food which is thrown away, on the internet video/TV and felt bad or sympathize on them.
Let me tell you,most people see this,put their comments on sympathy,go on leading their life.
Have you ever seen somebody in real doing those?Then a question.Did you do anything?what made you sympathize and what/who prevented you from doing any help?
I know the money with us doesnot make much difference,but can defintely make one difference for one person for one time.
Let the GOD on you be released for some time,you can feel the difference.
Yes you can enjoy your life in any way,Just make an effort to help some one in need.
Its easy to comment on the functioning of charitable trusts,saying those guys collect money and don't give them to the needed. YEs there are some organizations doing these bad things.
But think what have you done ?Are you eligible to make such a comment?
Few charitable trust',non profit NGO's are trying to help.They are trying.

I dont have so many friends,But I ma an active listener I know none in this world leaves with out realizing some facts about life.
WHich means every will come to know about the facts of life,but when life teaches those lessons to you,it might be painful.
We have wise men who have quoted the lessons from others life to help us out.We need to be active listener to listen/read and figure it out.
Having so many friends is easy,just be nice to them.But having few strongly bonded friends will definitely make a difference in our life.
Good Friendship comes with a lot of responsiblities ,Expecting nothing from each other is the first one.
I am gonna apologize to my friend today.I have met him 4 years back.
He has been a great friend of mine.I have turned down on him so many times in 4 years,but I cannot figure out atleast once incident when he turned
down on me.Feeling ashamed of this is not a big thing,But I am courage enough to face him today and ask for forgiveness.
I definitely know he will give a smile to me,because I Know him very well.He;s more than a big brother to me(simply a very great friend).

I love my country.

Every one proudly says this all the times but have doubt in the words I am proud of my country.Please don't say you haven't thought like this at any point of your life.Still if you say you never thought like that please excuse me ,you can stop reading because the facts which I am gonna say may haunt you.

Is my country SO down that we need a new democratic Revolution to install a people government? We say No because we haven't felt the heat they are suffering, our fellow comrades.

Our people were like sand in the seashore,lacked unity.But we were able to attain the unity.
But I say we are just a half way in our journey.
Lack of education is clearly shown in our country.

Please remember if a room or a house or a place is in darkness for more than 1000 years ,it doesn't mean a lamp requires another 1000 years to lighten the place.

After hearing the news of the so called HONOUR KILLING in some part of my country,gives a huge amount of sorrow as well as anger in my mind,(I guess,no I strongly believe its the same feeling that every INDIAN or NON INDIAN human beings have).

I strongly believe thee practices are still there because of lack of proper education.

Be free with education.Unity brings strength.
Anyone can just give his/her opinions.
But nobody knows who really keeps them or atleast try to show the justice in their life.None can be blamed.
Our lifes are really bonded.parents relatives friends our community in which we live in.
Everyone have the power to oppose the evil,but their hands are tied. Tied with the rope called responsibilities.
Its like If I come in front I am sure I will be able to make some small difference,but my dependents my parents my sister/brother depending on me might suffer.
We all live for our family.
No need to change that,just a modification,we can consider our community as our family,the problem is solved.(saying or writing is easy)

But Try try Try we will succeed.

Great men has proven before.Today we don't need to wait for some one to come and lead us .We all are leaders.

The good,bad the mind decides those.Some times good becomes bad & bad becomes good.Always there will be a choice to select between the good and the bad.
The individual is considered to be the sole doer and enjoyer of his karmas and their 'fruits'.

I consider Guru as one of the few,who in this ignorant world,found himself(the answer to WHO AM I?),found the truth of the the existence ,the ultimate Truth(He wandered from place to place in quest of Truth).HE tries to guide you,be the light while you are crawling in the darkness,gives you the good hope.

He was essentially a ‘Karma Yogi’. But his ‘silence eloquent’, the inner light that emanated from his resplendent personality, inspired and enlightened all around him.
He did not attempt to find a new religion, but he propounded a great creed, the creed of “Universal Goodness”.

dumbo in the college LIfe

Hi every one..How things going on?.
Thank you for you the precious time spend on what I am saying here.
I guess you are in your office,copying this text from my blog and pasting it in a text page or in a document and reading giving if an impression to your Tl that you are seriously working.
ahahhaha sorry everyone,just came from my routine day(Dont tell my TL,secret).

College Life,yes I missed it,completely and I dont mind calling myself a dumbo college guy interested in NOTHING in the college,like the classes,the travel in the college bus,the girls in the college, not much in studies like that guy.

I got to an engineering college after much of a struggle,say it was created by me.
I dont regret like nothing went according to my plans ,because I NEVER had plans.

My college..
I got admission to a very new college which started functioning in the middle of the academic year,thanks to the government of Kerala ,gave permission to open colleges to anyone who had initial money.Ohh crap am I going to corruption topic again? No coming back.


Allways do the right thing,Try to stop who don't.Tried it there in my college for 4 years,hmm not success.

Starting from home at 7:25,walking fast(virtually running) to catch my local bus,which will take me to the college bus stop(10km distance).get in the bus,have a little sleep,reach the class.

Reaching the class,get side to the walls,my second row bench waiting for me,(near to the window).

Classes start..I love the end of second period of the class,we have interval,the mess hall,(like a teashop)spend time come back,again boring classes,but I was/Am a good listener.

I used to listen well in the class,not because classes were that good,but the person taking the class is giving her/his effort(because my cousin sister is teacher,Know how much effort they put in).At 4,run to catch my favourite window seat(i stooped this from second year ,because I am the senior and I will get it forcefully(bully ha).


Since its an engineering course,it will give me 4 years,to repeat the same feast,same routine day by day..

Had to score marks,got some decent marks to survive.

Came to know about the exams in my second year of college life,exams are nothing but a little hurdle put in front of you in which you have to find a way to cross the hurdles by yourself by putting some efforts that all .Those are not big deals.


Revenge was always in me,not deep inside but clearly with me.But forgiveness was a gift from the heaven to me.

Rehiring policy=>With the help of your manager you can come
to the same company after resigning with the salary which you get in the other company you joined.


Its a Personal experience dont know about whatz happening outside :*****OL team
When some one raises an issue regarding the appraisal or performance ratings,DM says:Hey dude,I don't mind you stay or not,I have got 5 years of project(extension) in my hand,and I am willing to sacrifise the Quality of the deliverables for 6 months if a person leaves the company.


Manager says:dude I give u an option,just promise me You will comback to the company after 2-3 months,I guarantee you the same salary which you got in the other company.

no advice to the management.only advice to those who are in ***** & reading
this,Please dont shout or raise your issue to the management,Just take another offer and leave.Come back to this company after 1 year,you get more than 550-70% hike of what salary you are getting in the other company since its is the HR policy

Office politics=>My first real time experience

It was all going well till today,this gone for twist.You can say like twist of fate or like previously known factors which i would like to forget came in front of me like a monster.

I joined my team say a year back(1y3months).Things were going smooth and prettyy.

Bad work but okay(had met a girl via office communicator changed my hatred towards the project and team.

Our team was like a bunch of college guys doing the project for their final semester but a difference of some one monitoring it till 6-7 months.

Life was cool (but some night shifts killed me but after meeting her things changed.)

Hey forgot to tell you,she is working for the same team but in a different country.

Okay lets comeback to the title he he sorry misguided you to me rather than the title.

We had a manager before straight forward in his decisions,but poorly handled by the management of our company(company name :X).

He was good at his work rest all time bla bla bla in the pone.On his last day at work he organised a party for us.

The funny part is like as the petrol price increases the hotels in the city are very much eager to oincrease the price of the food stuffs.
When asked ,they put the blame on PETROL price hike.There is no governing body take action on this.

I have experienced a price of 55% price hike in near by hotels where I stay(Thiruvanmyur,adyar) which usually people go unnoticed.At this moment I just recalle dmy elders saying,the price was X in our prime time and now its become Y .I used to smnile at them thinking cost of living increases as time goes on.

But its shocking fact that in just 3 years prices has gone alarmingly high.

As we know these are viscious cirlce increase in one triggers the increase in price for the other.

Cost of living gone rocket high in Chennai(lesser compare to other metros).
